Q:Why can’t my Holo Fan display images while installing inside my PC case?

A:If your Holo Fan isn’t displaying images correctly (e.g., the image turns on and off or no image is displayed at all), it may be due to compatibility issues with the default controlling apps on your PC. To resolve this, please follow these steps:

  1. Order a VH3.96 4-Pin to SATA Power Cable or a VH3.96 4-Pin to Molex Power Cable.
  2. Unplug your Holo Fan from the motherboard and reconnect it using the cable you ordered.
  3. Reconnect the VH3.96 4-Pin connector of the Holo Fan to the SATA or Molex ports via the power cable.
  4. Plug the power cable into the SATA or Molex port on your Power Supply Unit (PSU).
  5. Restart your PC.

Q:Why can’t my iPhone connect to my Holo Fan?

A:

  1. Please ensure that you are connected to the Holo_XXXX Wi-Fi and that the M3D FloatView App is turned on.
  2. Please ensure that location services, photo access, local network access, and wireless data permissions are all enabled for the M3D FloatView App.

Q:Why can’t my Android phone connect to my Holo Fan?

A:For Android users, the connection process might take a bit longer than expected. Please make sure to wait for the message “HOLO_XXXXXX has no internet access. Stay Connected?” to appear on your phone. Once you see this notice, tap “Yes” to stay connected. After that, your phone should successfully connect to the Holo Fan.

Q:What file formats can I upload to the HOLO FAN app?

A:HOLO FAN supports various file formats, including mp4, png, mov & jpg; gif & avi files are not supported.
